What this site is
This site describes the MyConcierge platform. Its content is informational and does not constitute a contractual offer, a commitment to provide services or advice of any kind.
The features described here may change. What governs the service is the agreement entered into, not this page.
Access to the platform
The platform lives at app.myconcierge.io and is reached through an assigned account. There is no public sign-up from this site. Use of the platform is governed by each client’s agreement, which prevails over these terms wherever the two conflict.
Intellectual property
The MyConcierge name, the texts, images, design and code of this site are ours or our licensors’. You may read and quote them with attribution; you may not reproduce, adapt or commercially exploit them without written permission.
Acceptable use
In using this site you undertake not to attempt access to areas or systems not intended for you, not to overload it by automated means and not to use it for unlawful purposes or to the detriment of others.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the site available and its content correct and current, but we warrant neither. The site may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and may contain errors or out-of-date information.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site, nor for decisions taken on the basis of its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute arising from them falls to the courts of Lisbon, to the exclusion of any other, without prejudice to mandatory rules applicable to consumers.

We may change these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, bearing the date shown at the top.
Language versions
These pages exist in Portuguese and in English. Where the two versions diverge, the Portuguese one prevails, as the language of the governing law.
