Who is responsible

MyConcierge is the controller of the personal data described on this page.

For anything concerning data protection, including exercising your rights, write to hello@myconcierge.io.

What it covers

This notice covers the myconcierge.io website. The platform at app.myconcierge.io is a service provided to clients and is governed by each client’s own agreement: there, we process guest and operational data on the client’s behalf, as processor, and the client is the controller.

What we process

• Server logs. IP address, date and time, page requested and browser identification, generated automatically by any visit.
• Email. If you write to us, we process your address and the content of your message in order to reply.
• Animation pause. If you click “Pause animation”, that choice is kept in your browser and never reaches our servers.

There are no forms, no account sign-up, no analytics, no advertising and no social buttons. Typefaces are served from this domain, so a visit generates no third-party requests.

You are under no obligation to write to us; without your address we simply cannot reply. We make no automated decisions and build no profiles from this data.

Legal basis and retention

• Server logs. Legitimate interest in the security and diagnostics of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Kept for 90 days.
• Email. Legitimate interest in replying to those who contact us, or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) where the message concerns a proposal. Kept while the matter is open and for up to 12 months after it closes; where it leads to a contract, for that contract’s retention period.

Who has access

Data is accessed by our team and by the providers that support the service: the infrastructure hosting this site and our email provider. We do not sell personal data, nor pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. You may ask us for a copy at hello@myconcierge.io.

Your rights

You may ask us for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and portability.

Right to object. You may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing we base on legitimate interest: server logs and email. If you do, we stop processing that data unless compelling legitimate grounds prevail.

Write to hello@myconcierge.io. We reply within one month, extendable as the law allows in complex cases.

If you believe the processing breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt), or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live.

Changes

If this notice changes, we publish the new version here and update the date at the top.

Language versions

These pages exist in Portuguese and in English. Where the two versions diverge, the Portuguese one prevails, as the language of the governing law.
